  • If you injure or kill someone while you’re driving uninsured, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau is entitled to recover payments from you that were made to those injured as well as any claims costs.
  • Damages can vary by the nature of injuries but for anyone seriously injured or worse they can be huge sums of money.
